Fike International Sdn. Bhd., has extended its suite of life-safety and asset protection products to include a new FK-5- 1-12 clean agent fire suppression system.
Designed to minimize damage to critical assets when extinguishing a fire, the system is suitable for use in data centres, control rooms, museums and a range of other spaces containing items that would easily be damaged by traditional fire suppression methods, such as a sprinkler system.
The product has zero ozone depleting potential, as well as a global warming potential of one, making it an
environmentally friendly fire safety solution.
The system uses Fike Impulse Valve Technology, which combines the reliability and efficiency of a rupture disc with the flexibility of electric actuation.
Leong Chun-Wah, Managing Director, Fike International Sdn. Bhd said: “Fike’s FK-5- 1-12 system finally provides an environmentally friendly fire suppression solution that is also affordable. Our technology is not only highly reliable but environmentally friendly, making it a solution with longevity.”
The FK-5- 1-12 system comes with support from Fike’s renowned customer and technical service team, who are on hand for expert advice on application and design.
Leong added, “Our team of experts ensure a reliable support system for the life of the product.”
The FK-5- 1-12 clean agent fire suppression system is available from March 2018 in the Asia Pacific region
